Vibrato, LLC is open for business Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday, 6:00pm EST- 10:00pm EST. We are closed on Sundays, Wednesdays, and holidays.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the merchant has issued an incorrect product. If the customer receives an incorrect product, visit the Help Desk to inform us. In this case, the product(s) must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be considered. Product(s) that are shipped back to the merchant must be completely unused and unaltered. If Vibrato, LLC deems the incorrect product is at the fault of the merchant, an exchange could be granted, not a refund.
Vibrato, LLC reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible exchange item is subject to an exchange verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of Vibrato, LLC has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Times: Shipping can take up to 5-10 business days after the processing time. Once the processing time clears, the shipping time begins. We process and ship packages on the days we are open for business. At this time, express shipping is not included for our products on our website. If customers would like an express shipping option, visit the Help Desk during our business hours to email us and place an order.
- Shipping times may be delayed if the shipping address is questionable and/or the order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of the customer’s payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
Shipment Tracking: Once we ship an order and receive the tracking number from the carrier, customers will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout.
Delivery of Products: Once products have been shipped, Vibrato, LLC is not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package immediately transfers to the carrier upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier with any delivery issues. Our company is not responsible for the postal carriers.
Incorrect Mailing Address: If customers provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of the package. Any issues with deliveries must be resolved with the shipping carrier. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change any mailing addresses. Be sure to double-check all provided information before confirming an order.
